If your skin has the blues from the cold snap in weather (again!?), stress or just too much of the good life, then I’m here to brighten up your week with a recipe of hero products that can be layered together or substituted into your regular routine to turn up the lights on your skin, pronto!

These products are my go-to beauties to mastering luminosity on my private makeup clients as much as my editorial shoots. It’s also the must-haves I recommend to help my clients glow when I’m not there to cheat their way to a radiant work mode complexion – no expertise required!

I’m gonna keep this one short and sweet and let the products do all the talking.

Layer on or use individually – these guys will work as hard as you do. 

Step 1: Cinch Face Cheat(er) Cream Moisture + Glow

I mean, the name says it all, right? This fab little discovery is now my go-to priming moisturiser for that instant glow factor. It has a fine pearlescent pigment that makes the skin look LIT, while minimising the appearance of pores.

Oddly enough, there is nothing better for an oily complexion than face oil. Oily skin is usually super dehydrated, and so these gorgeous drops will regulate your oil production throughout the day. What’s better than some sheen and glow to boost dull and drier skin types?

Step 4: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter

What makes a great foundation awesome? A complexion booster, of course! Dabbed under your eyes, swiped across the top of your cheekbones or dabbed on your forehead to diffuse, blur, brighten and highlight skin, think if it as your Smooth tool on Facetune – and choose a shade lighter than your natural skin colour to really sculpt and brighten your face.

Step 5: Mecca Max Banana Bake Skin Filter

I know I harp on about this pressed powder at any opportunity  – but do you want to reduce shine, fight redness and start your day with that glowing effect on your face? Of course you do! So look no further than this yellow-toned wonder to smooth away any imperfections IRL. You may want to keep this one a secret… but if you’re anything like me, you’ll want to let the cat out of the bag (or not).
